How to Download your Free Scan...
Click the "Download" button and a standard File Download message window will appear. Follow the instructions that best suit the browser you are using:
- If you are using Internet Explorer as your browser, a browser Security Warning dialog box displays like the one below. You will need to click Save or Run to install the application.
- or
- If you are using Firefox as your browser, you will be asked "Would you like to save this file?" Click the Save File button to save the file to a location (we recommend that you save the application to your desktop).
If you choose to save the application, we recommend that you save it to your desktop and initiate the free scan using the desktop icon. Should you choose not to save the application, you may simply initiate the free scan by clicking the "Run" button on the File Download Window.

Free Adobe Flash Player Required...
Click the Agree and install now button (see sample below) on the Adobe Flash Player website (you may wish to "uncheck" the Free Google Toolbar option before you proceed with the player installation).
Follow the "Install Adobe Flash Player" instructions that best suit the browser you are using:
- If you are using Internet Explorer as your browser, a browser Security Warning dialog box displays like the one below. You will need to click Install to install the player (selecting Don't Install cancels the dialog box).
- or
- If you are using Firefox as your browser, you will be directed to save the application file.
If you choose to save the application, we recommend that you save it to your desktop and initiate the free Flash player installation using the desktop icon.
NOTE:
A) If a browser Security Warning dialog box appears like the one below, you will need to click "Install" to install the player.
B) Your computer may require a reboot after auto-installation of the Flash Player ActiveX control, if the Flash Player is already in use during the installation process.
